Where are MSC Transfers available?

MSC Transfers are available at all major ports of embarkation for MSC Cruises. You can find more info here above.

Do special booking  conditions apply?

You can book transfers anytime and make changes up to 48 hours before departure. A cancellation fee applies after that. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Are transfer available for guests with disabilities?

Yes, transfers for passengers with disabilities are available upon request.

Where can I find information about my transfer? And who can I contact if there's an issue?

Check the meeting point details on the transfer voucher included in your e-ticket and remember to bring your travel documents, including a valid personal ID and the transfer voucher, with you.  Information about your disembarkation transfer will be provided onboard. In case of any issue, please contact the number on your voucher or the emergency number provided.

What is the latest time I can schedule a transfer from the port after/before the cruise?

You should be at the port at the assigned check-in slot indicated on your ticket, and no later than 3 hours before the ship's departure. Check-in and boarding close 2 hours before the ship's departure. For disembarkation, your transfer will be organized upon disembarkation. Note that disembarkation can take up to 3 hours after ship's arrival.
